New Westgate Glass Packaging is a family-owned business with a focus on sourcing glass containers and accessories from Chinese manufacturers. With over 18 years experience, our knowledge of China is helping clients with quality, cost effective packaging solutions. We currently serve the wine, beer, food, non-alcoholic beverage, health & beauty and pharmaceutical markets.
SERVICES
Custom Mold Design
Explore bottle customization without the large upfront investment. With our low priced molds, proprietary, custom designed bottles are options for companies of all sizes. Create stand-out designs and get your bottles to market within months.
Production Management
We provide on-site production management on every order. Our team is on the production floor to monitor the production run. We’re there to maintain quality standards, keep production on schedule, identify potential issues and resolutions, perform random quality testing and supervise packing of the finished product.
Product Sourcing
With our network of suppliers, we are setup to assist you in sourcing all your glass packaging needs. In addition to containers, we also supply closures, foil, labels, corrugated shippers, gift boxes, promotional items and company branded gear such as apparel, barware and lifestyle products.
Glass Decoration
We offer in-house, high speed silk screen printing with up to 6 colors. Without the need to send glass off-site for decoration, we can print concurrently with glass production to finish your orders at a much faster speed.
Quality Control
It all starts with selecting the right manufacturers. We work with manufacturing partners who are consistent, who place an emphasis on quality and who continually improve. Our production management service ensures standards are being met. We also work with 3rd party testing and inspection companies, if required.
Logistics
With our logistics partners, we’re always looking for the best freight rates available at the time. We’ll make all the necessary bookings, handle all the paper work, clear customs and deliver to your destination.
